Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
